Our Story

Welcome to Blossom Bottom Farm.

For three decades, I have had the privilege of caring for others during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Nursing has been both a calling and a gift, shaping who I am and teaching me the value of compassion, resilience, and showing up when it matters most.

Like many careers built around serving others, it has also required long shifts, time away from home, and missing moments with the people I love. I am deeply grateful for every lesson, every patient, and every experience, but as I near retirement, this season of life has awakened a desire to be more present.

I dreamed of mornings with coffee on the porch, time with my family, fresh air, flowers blooming in the field, and a life that left room to enjoy the simple things that matter most.

That dream became Blossom Bottom Farm.

Nestled among ponds, towering pines, and old oak trees, this little piece of land is becoming more than a flower farm. It is becoming a place rooted in beauty, peace, and connection.

Over the next few years, while I continue my nursing career, I'm carefully preparing the land, learning its rhythms, and building the foundation for this next season of life. There will be flower fields, peonies, workshops, and gathering spaces, but most importantly, there will be room to slow down and savor the simple things.

Blossom Bottom Farm is the story of intentionally cultivating a new chapter—one where flowers, family, faith, and freedom have space to flourish.

Thank you for following along as this dream unfolds, one season at a time.

Whether you're here for the flowers, the farm, or simply the story, I'm grateful you've found your way to Blossom Bottom Farm.

I'm so glad you're here.
